Its intense aroma and its balanced and harmonious flavor, combined with very low acidity, make it an exceptional oil for raw dressings; used in cooking, it adds flavor and digestibility to food.

Store at a temperature between 12 and 18°C, in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Any sediment at the bottom is a natural phenomenon due to the genuineness of the product.

How to use it:

Raw on legume soups, grilled vegetables, salads, and any dishbased on meat and fish.
For cooking, to enhance sauces, roasts, and frying.
